Your Burning Questions

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom merchandise?

Our minimum order quantity varies by product, but the rule of thumb is, if the product $-value is lower, the MOQ is higher to decrease the decoration/customisation cost per item.

Can I mix and match sizes or colours in one order?

Yes, you can mix sizes and colours of the same products to reach the product specific MOQ.

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable merchandise options?

How do I submit my design or logo?

You can upload your design directly on our website when you submit your quote request or email your files in a high-resolution vector format to quote@promopunks.com.au.

How long does it take to produce and ship my custom order?

Production times can vary and are never guaranteed, but typically it takes 7-10 business days after design and digital proof is approved and invoice paid in full. Shipping times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Custom manufactured products from overseas take around 4-8 weeks. For Express orders of particular 'express-products' we aim to deliver within 5 business days.

Can I see a custom sample or proof before my order is finalised?

Absolutely! We provide a digital proof for your approval before beginning production. For larger orders usually $5,000+ we offer pre-production samples we credit later with placing the order.

Can I get a free sample?

We wish we could hand out free samples to everyone, but unfortunately, that’s not quite in the cards. However, you can order a blank sample to check out the quality before making a decision. If you go ahead with the full order, we’ll happily credit the sample cost back to you!
For our returning clients or new customers with quotes over $1,500, we may offer free pre-order blank samples on a case-by-case basis—just as long as the sample cost (including shipping) doesn’t exceed 3% of the total order value.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

Can I reorder a previous design without going through the entire process again?

Absolutely! We save your previous designs, making reorders quick and painless.

What should I expect if my order arrives later than the estimated delivery date?

At Promo Punks, we understand how important timely delivery is to you. Please be assured that we always strive to meet the estimated delivery dates. However, there are occasions when factors beyond our control, such as vendor-related challenges or unforeseen production or shipping delays, might affect these timelines. While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that these are just estimates and not guaranteed dates. Rest assured, we are committed to keeping you informed and working diligently to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the final product or it arrives damaged? Can I request a refund?

At Promo Punks, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you encounter an issue with our product, we kindly ask that you give us the opportunity to rectify the situation before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.

In the event you still wish to pursue a refund, here's what you need to know: For us to thoroughly address your concerns and ensure fairness, we require the entire order to be returned for review. This process allows us to closely inspect the items and understand the nature of the issue.

To initiate a refund, please contact your Sales Punk and we organise the pick up of all ordered items. Once received, our team will promptly examine the order to verify the problem. If your refund request is approved after our review, we will process the refund accordingly. This policy helps us maintain high quality standards and improve production processes.
