PRINTED IN THE USA

Your design is printed to order with full-colour direct-to-garment or DTF printing by our US print partner network, usually within a few business days.

SHIPPED TO AUSTRALIA

Tracked post to Australia. Most apparel lands in 3 to 10 business days; mugs, drinkware and some accessories travel by economy post and take 10 to 30 business days. The estimate for each product sits next to its Printed in the USA label.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Print on demand starts from a single piece. Need 25 or more of the same design? Our bulk range with volume pricing is usually the better deal, so ask us for a quote.

How is the design printed?

Direct-to-garment (DTG) or direct-to-film (DTF) printing, depending on the product. Full colour, photos and gradients included, no setup fees and no colour limits.

What artwork do I need?

A PNG or JPG. A PNG with a transparent background prints cleanest. The designer shows you the print quality as you resize: 300 dpi at print size is ideal, 150 dpi is the minimum we accept.

Can I print on the front and the back?

Yes, where the product offers more than one print area. One print area is included in the price, each additional area is shown on the page and added to your cart automatically.

Can I mix colours and sizes?

Yes. Pick a colour, enter the quantity per size, switch colour and keep going. The same design goes on every piece in that order.

Will the printed colours match my screen?

Close, but every screen shows colour a little differently and ink on fabric is softer than light on glass. Use the Preview print button for a realistic impression, and expect dark garments to print slightly less vivid.

How long until I get it?

This product is printed in the USA. The delivery estimate next to the Printed in the USA label is Printify's own for this product and Australia: most apparel 3 to 10 business days door to door, mugs, drinkware and some accessories 10 to 30 business days. Need it faster? Look at our Australian-printed range or our express bulk range.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Printing starts shortly after your order comes in, so changes are only possible before it hits the press. Email us straight away with your order number and we will do what we can.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Misprints, damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded. Send a photo to our team within 7 days of delivery. Custom printed items cannot be returned for change of mind or sizing, so check the size chart before you order.

How do I look after the print?

Garments: wash cold inside out, no bleach, no tumble dry, iron on low and never directly on the print. Drinkware and hard goods: hand wash where the product page says so.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. Your designs stay in the design cart on this device, and every order confirmation carries your print files, so a reorder is a few clicks.

Why is this one printed in the USA?

Our Australian print partners cover tees, hoodies and sweats. Caps, drinkware, bags, stationery and tech accessories are printed by our US partner network. Mixed orders ship as separate parcels, one from Brisbane and one from the USA, each with its own shipping charge and delivery estimate at checkout.
