The plastics that dominate promotional drinkware today are different animals:

  1. Name the material, not just the claim. "BPA-free" tells you what's absent. "PP" or "Tritan copolyester" or "304 stainless steel" tells you what you're actually getting.
  2. Ask about food-contact compliance for the whole bottle, including the lid and seal, not just the body.
  3. Check capacity against real life. A 750ml bottle sounds generous until it won't fit a car cup holder. 600ml is the safe all-rounder for daily carry.
  4. Match the decoration to the use. A wrap-around screen print gives you bold coverage on a cylindrical bottle. Full-colour digital printing suits detailed logos and gradients.
